This site follows the hospital’s editorial rules and the applicable rules on medical advertising. It is written as patient education, and its purpose is to help a patient reach an informed decision rather than to promote a procedure.
Claims we do not make
We do not claim that any operation is risk-free, painless, scarless or permanent where it is not. We do not promise a specific result, a specific contour, a specific recovery time, or a particular amount of skin removed. We do not describe abdominoplasty as a weight-loss operation, and we do not state a price, a discount or a package.
Substances and devices
Where a class of medicine or device is mentioned on this site it is named by its class rather than by any brand, and no dose is given. Anything administered during anesthesia or recovery must be selected and given by a qualified clinician for an individual patient.
Named clinicians
Doctors are named only with the credentials and the scope of practice already published by Chongqing West District Hospital elsewhere on its own sites. No case volume, award, ranking or result is invented for this site, and this site does not publish patient testimonials.
Review and correction
